Actors: Our Love Will Live Forever

Canadian post-punk/new wave band Actors released their third studio album, *Our Love Will Live Forever*, on Artoffact Records on 4 September. The group, active since 2012, previously issued *It Will Come To You* (2018) and *Acts Of Worship* (2021). Led by Jason Corbett, the album blends electronics and guitars into accessible, melodic post-punk with new wave inflections; five tracks have accompanying videos, including the lead single “In Real Life,” positioned as the album’s most electropop-oriented cut. Tracks like “CTRL” lean toward darkwave while maintaining pop sensibility throughout. The review assesses the work as commercially viable, radio-friendly modern post-punk that prioritizes immediate appeal over depth.
