WL//WH Video of the Day: ECHOBERYL “Your Poison” (Official Video)

Echoberyl, a Paris-based Dark Wave duo comprising Adriano Iacoangeli and Cecilia Dassonneville, released an Official Video for “Your Poison,” a track exploring toxic relationship dynamics. The song features a syncopated bass groove and marching beats supporting eerie synth tones and soft female vocals layered with whispers and echoes. In the video, Dassonneville portrays two contrasting personas separated by a tilted hallway—one dark with slicked-back hair in black clothing, the other light with dishevelled hair in white clothing. Red string, animated through stop-motion, wraps around various body parts while Dassonneville’s silhouette appears in inverted light darkness. The band has three remaining shows scheduled: October 9th in Montreal, October 31st in Berlin, and December 5th in Athens.
