Shadows Hold, a Los Angeles-based darkwave and post-punk solo project, announced the release of its debut album “Bound in Chains” through Cold Transmission Music. The album launches digitally and on digipak CD on June 12, 2026, followed by a limited ultra-clear vinyl edition (200 copies, 140g) shipping July 31, 2026. The vinyl contains ten tracks, while digital and CD versions include three bonus songs: “Your Chain Your Shadow,” “Far Away,” and “What Do You See.” Previously released singles include “Haunt Me” and “Nosebleed.” Shadows Hold will perform at Wave-Gotik-Treffen 2026 in Leipzig on May 24 at the Moritzbastei, alongside André Alabaster, Hinfort, and Pahl!. The project blends darkwave, post-punk, and EBM elements with atmospheric textures and melodic vocals.
